The Wilmington Learning Collaborative is our collective effort to wrap our arms around our city children. On Tuesday we signed the agreement. Now the Hard work begins.
This investment to expand the Port will position Delaware to compete for container cargo and larger ships. It’ll bring new jobs to Wilmington, there is strong bipartisan support, and it’s an important step in making Edgemoor expansion a reality.

The Nylon Capital Shopping Center used to be the crown jewel for shopping on the Eastern Shore. For far too long, it’s been empty and a reminder of what once was. Today, we flipped that narrative.
