@JennBridge @thisishannahkim This is good advice. Treat it as a conduct issue and let the system address it like it addresses other such issues. I also would only meet with him if feeling comfortable.

@JennBridge @thisishannahkim I'd suggest more careful than the above. Meet with two other people present, someone you know and offer him the opportunity of having someone knows. Consult management and HR before meeting. Check policies etc. Go by the book. Make the reason for this clear. Put things in writing
