Judging by what I see I doubt whether any police officer, female or male, has had sufficient training to allow them to easily put anyone on the floor. Sadly.

She cannot put 90% of men on the floor that's the problem. However l do agree with the de-escalation of potential problems . For females to feel more useful in maintaining law and order they have to do much more self defence training + carry some weights in the gym
