Dear Parents,
Your child’s future boss isn’t going to give them a raise simply for showing up to work.
They WILL however, reward them (or fire them), based on their work ethic, character, and willingness/ability to get the job done!
Sincerely,
Coaches Who Truly Care
A Coach and a Teacher's job is not to make you happy. Their job is to make you better. Your happiness will come from the success you achieve because of the lessons and discipline coaches and teachers instill in you. Embrace the challenge rather than fight it.
Can’t emphasize this enough!
Showing up matters
Giving your all matters
Empowering others matters
Eye contact matters
Firm handshakes matter
Body language matters
Doing your job matters
Keeping your word matters
Putting team first matters
EVERYTHING YOU DO MATTERS
6 Reasons why you should Trust God always:

"Your body language is a direct reflection of your mental toughness, conditioning, confidence, pride, and maturity. It can also be the difference in surviving during tough, critical situations in life."
The weight room is about much more than lifting weights. While strength and explosiveness are vital, the most important part of the weight room is proving you can overcome discomfort and adversity!
4 Simple rules:
1. Sleep.
Proper rest allows your body to reset. Sleep well and wake up early.
2. Self education is key.
Read an hour a day minimum.
3. Stay healthy.
Eat clean and workout.
4. Work ethic.
Never compare yourself to anyone.
Work harder than you did yesterday.
Players: During practice, selfless teammates will momentarily put aside their friendship & compete against each other because they care about the teams success in competition! Practice the way you play! It’s never personal, it’s just necessary in preparation. Competing IS caring.
