Thanks for highlighting. Looks like a gap in planning for pedestrians & cyclists when lights aren't working. I will follow up.

what exactly is going on here? Crossing between Jesmond Dene Road and Highbury. No safe place to cross. Witnessed cars speeding towards it once they realised the lights are off. 10pm at night and the traffic is constant enough to have kept me waiting 5 mins so far.
