‘Mick Lynch said “Nationally, we need to put a Labour government in to get the Tories out, but we also need a strong voice that will put the north-east first, whatever government is in power. That’s why the RMT and our north-east region is completely behind Jamie’s campaign.”’…
@MayorJD
I think a Labour government will happen but we need to ensure there's lots of strong local voices and also work to unseat those in the party that have dragged it to the right
@MayorJD
Quite right too! His Total Transport policy that includes renationalising the bus services will do wonders for our public transport and economy
@MayorJD
For the very same reason he should endorse
@sianberry
and
@carla_denyer
because we need strong socialists in Westminster no matter what government is in power
@MayorJD
@LeicesterWorker
Labour are expelling all the reasons to vote for them in England & Wales
In Scotland we learnt years ago that they are pathetic when it comes to democracy, equality and workers rights, they say lots and do Fk all🇵🇸✊🏿✊️✊🏻✊🏽🏴
Good luck & NEVER VOTE RED TORY LABOUR in Scotland
@MayorJD
@SUTONGIROTCIP
I admire Mick Lynch and agree with him on many things. But not putting Starmer's Labour in. They are as bad as the Tories, in some ways even worse.
@MayorJD
So, it seems Lynch is still advocating for a Labour Gov't even after Labour roll back on its promises on workers rights.
And you, Jamie, are touting this as a win when the Labour Party vetoed your candidacy for Mayor?
Make it make sense.
