Think you need a stronger message than as ‘under public control’ can mean different things and is being used by Labour to describe more Tory franchising.
Re-nationalise is what you’re looking for.

Have you seen the latest scam from LNER's pilot scheme? Lauded as simplified fares but in fact reduces customer choice by less flexibility, with non refundable tickets.
