Vincent van der Voort his interview on Viaplay is one of the best interviews of the year. Menzies was constantly talking to him before the game and during the breaks, so VVDV told an official he was going to punch him if he wouldn't stop. 😅

Luke Humphries is an example on so many subjects. He overcame anxiety, lost a lot of weight, and is showing that the sport of darts doesn't need to be unhealthy by becoming World Champion. Respect 👏🏻

How is the PDPA allowing this to happen? Every European Tour-event will now basically be a 'mini-World Matchplay', which creates an uneven playing field for those who also want to reach the big TV-events. Instead of moving forward after a great WC, darts moves backwards.

The European Tour in its current form is no more. Rest in Peace. The Top 16 of the Main Order of Merit will automatically get an invite, just like the best 16 on the Pro Tour. Just 10 spots in the qualifier left. Not a fan at all.

Is it a good thing to have Sherrock at the Worlds? Yes. Is this the correct way? No. Not only is giving a spot to an already played event affecting the integrity of the sport, it also fuels the (unjustifiable) hate Sherrock gets. Again because of things out of her control.

I was still a little bit hesistant on Luke Littler his chances for the title before today. He had been amazing, yes, but he hadn't really been tested either. I needed to see him under real pressure. We have now: Cross has thrown everything at him, and Littler didn't even blink.
