People forget keto is meant for certain people with certain *medical conditions* it’s not a “amazing diet” that helps you shed weight. It’s actually HARMFUL if you’re the person who keto isn’t meant for.

Im a diabetic on a low carb keto diet and it has helped me a lot at maintaining my sugar levels. I dont eat tons of meat just more vegetables and less carbs and i cut out dairy too.

There are 2 types of keto. The original type of keto is for people with epilepsy. I don't remember how it's different from "keto" ppl use for weight loss, I just remember it is
The other keto is just extreme low-carb and reminds me of an eating disorder.
