Morning cognitive acceleration stack: - cold shower (1m) - @AthleticGreens AG1 - 25 push-ups - journal and read (15-20m) - @noowaveco flow state coffee - no cell phone for minimum first 30 minutes. Clarity all day. If you have kids you can still do this just have to plan.
