@Huttoneer The attraction is because it is public and because it is forbidden and there are plenty dogging sites which would attract the same attention, it's not homophobia. What it is is a wrong-headed solution, that just looks horrible, bushes are good. It'll only move somewhere else...

@SophiaPangloss Are there dogging sites within London parks ? I don't know but my impression is they are fairly secluded places and lay-bys - not places where people walk.

@Huttoneer My local Facebook page complained about this recently near them. It is not only at night time it is happening during daylight hours when they are walking the dogs with their kids. They are sick of seeing naked men at it in the park. Get a motel/room kids don't need to see this.
