Disappointing end to an incredible season. Very special group of players who accomplished so much. Deboer is a unicorn coach. Keep him for 10 years & we will have a few more cracks at it. This was our 1984/1990 for this generation. Another 1991 is in our future with this coach.

You know what is rare? A Pac-12 team going undefeated in league play. UW is about to be the first in 13 years. That's one out of 156 teams. What's also rare? Only 3 teams in the last 32 years have gone undefeated in reg season. UW is about to be the 4th out of 346 teams.

My takeaway from that game is Jonathan Smith is building a nice program at Oregon St. It's an ancillary thing but if you look at what he & Justin Wilcox have done (part of Pete's tree) it bodes well for Jimmy Lake, who is at a place with greater resources.

"Finding ways to win" is such a backhanded compliment. Tired of hearing it. UW has been better than every team its played. Last 8 games, count the time its been behind in 4th q or second half. Its miniscule. Last 6 games, was behind in 4th quarter only 2 mins.
