My latest graphic project. Recreating the old 70s-80s colorful team graphics that you would see on sheets blankets and even light switches, using current players! started off with the four remaining teams.
RIP to Irv Cross. Love watching him on old NFL Today episodes. He had two stints as a cornerback with Eagles with a few years with the Rams in between.
People complain about the uni restrictions of the NFL, but the NBA is broken. Teams have no identity anymore when it comes to colors. Without the scorebug, you often can't tell which teams are playing if you flip through sports channels or highlights. Team colors should matter.
Why is this guy a thing? Nobody wants this. Nobody asked for this. Can we just cool it with Insurance commercials and mascots? It hasn't been funny or interesting since at least 2004, if ever. What percentage of our premiums are going to these ad campaigns?
Give me one good reason why the NFL can't go all-throwback for their 100th season. Each team pick a historical look and go all season. Texans and Titans can each wear different era Oilers uniforms.
This Marino Photo has a lot going on. A ton of Pride stickers, see through mesh jersey and a water cup that looks like the Dixie cups my grandma had in her bathroom in 1984.
I'm always baffled by some of the logo and uniform decisions sports teams make. Switching from a great or iconic logo for some "modern" junk. What's the worst example of this? For me it is definitely the Brewers, who went from one of the greatest logos ever to generic and 💤.
