A lovely VE Day celebration and a tribute to a Harrow Veteran John Lampitt, 99 yrs. He joined the army in 1941 and served in North Africa - he was serving in Italy on VE Day. He left army in 1946 lived in Harrow ever since. Thank you John for everything you did for us! 👏👏👏

Thankfully you didn't have to pay for this clear up. These bags of rubbish were dumped on Heathbourne Road, Stanmore (just plain nasty! 😡). Anyway, we found the individual responsible and made them pay for the clear up costs - £150 😏.

A remembrance service is being held next Friday 7 Oct, on the eve of the 70th anniversary of the Harrow and Wealdstone Train Crash. The tragedy in 1952 saw the loss of 112 lives. All are welcome to attend the service, which starts at 1pm.
