This morning the Mayor of Harrow, Cllr Ghazanfar Ali and others, including Cllrs Sue Anderson and Peymana Assad, raised the Srebrenica flag at the Civic Centre. The flag-raising marks the loss of life that took place as a result of the genocide in July 1995. #Srebrenica
