I need to repeat this recipe. Last New Year’s Day fried chicken with a mixture of flour & crushed spicy chicharrones for the breading, then a dusting of Frank’s Hot Sauce powder as they cooled.
This Pozole from a local taqueria is by far the best I’ve ever had. They only make it twice a week. Today was buy 1 get 1 free. Two quarts of killer Pozole for $12!
My wife makes these lemon crinkle cookies. Lemon zest, lemon infused olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon juice, then rolled in powdered sugar before baking. Holy hell if you’re a fan of lemon sweets, these are insanely good.
