The Scap controls the Lead Arm: When you land at 50/50, your hands need to be inside of your front elbow to move inside of the ball. If you land with your hands outside of the front elbow often times you didn't scap load correctly and you will work around the ball. #gswing

Are you cutting the ball with side spin to the opposite field? Focus on keeping your direction going towards the pitcher in your follow through! Maintaining direction keeps you through it vs spinning off. "Punching the pitcher"is the difference of carrying balls further. #gswing

Driving the outside pitch: Take your legs, hips and energy in the direction of the pitch... If our legs are going one way and our hands are going another then we are losing connection and power. Think of your back glute driving through the direction of the ball. #gswing

Rotation is a by product of the back shoulder, hip, and knee (the drivers) coming through the ball... The difference between your backside rotating through vs letting your front side pull off is letting your backside drive and "shutting" your front side off. #gswing

Are you a top hand dominant hitter? Try the V-Drill: Grip the bat normally with your bottom hand and place your top hand on top of your bottom hand in the shape of a V. This will sequence hitters correctly, eliminate casting and get rid of hitters throwing their hands. #gswing

This drill can be done by anybody at anytime: Grab a baseball and "turn two" to work on your roll. This movement will naturally get you on plane earlier and be able to handle more pitches. A couple of things to focus on: -Scap Load -Deliver the pizza (finish palm up) #gswing

The Towel Bat: This is a great tool to feel your barrel snapping forward. Stay connected to that back shoulder as you rotate and snap that barrel forward. This gives you instant feedback as well. If you disconnect you will feel/hear the snap of the towel behind you. #gswing

When it comes to contact point never go off HOME PLATE! Home plate is irrelevant because some hitters stand all the way back in the batters box or some hitters stand all the way up in the batters box. We always try to make contact off the FRONT FOOT. #gswing #baseball #softball
