Provost McAllister had every opportunity to apologise or reconsider this at the meeting itself. His decision not to allow a councillor with dyslexia a reasonable adjustment by allowing a recess to read the papers is a shameful reflection on the provost’s character.

@UEFACalculator I think the old system with 2 automatic and 2 qualifiers for the top 3/4 nations was fine between 2006-09. Uefa went too far by giving them 4 automatic spots.

Whilst I’m pleased the centre will not close, it’s worth pointing out the Glenhead community centre was only facing closure as a result of budget decisions taken by the Labour administration in March. Many other centres within our local authority will not be so lucky.

Difficult to fathom how we lost that game. Higher expected goals and controlled the majority of the game. Allowed Czechs to build phases between 35-45 mins which cost us. Then lost a freak second goal after poor decision making from Hendry. Need to execute and finish better.

Please be advised that Scottish Water require to carry out emergency works on a collapsed manhole on the A810 Glasgow Road route today, the diversion will take drivers from Faifley Road to Glasgow Road and vice versa. I have been assured that these works will be completed today.

Shocked and appalled that the users of Skypoint community facility have been contacted to tell them the facility will be closing despite repeated personal promises from Labour’s Councillor Lawrence O’Neill promising it would not close down until the new school facility opens 1/2
