Just seen a post about how bad Safc academy teams are, so looked at lg tables to see where we are u23s and U18s have 1 point from 17 games & a combined goal difference of -40, wow a few yrs ago they were as good as any academy around, I remember my lads U18s won the lg, v sad 😔

Some rubbish talked this morning,English lads have been fantastic & given everything. Also people saying France were a match for us, they weren’t,Mbappe never got a kick out of Walker & after the first 20 mins we completely bossed the game,ref was hopeless,who cost us first goal.

That French kid would not have total control with Metvhen and SD keeping shares, most worryingly for me, I am told by club insider Charlie Metvhen would run the club if not officially, but he would, this would be disastrous imo.

Great game yesterday, although always disappointing to concede a late goal, but our young side is doing great. I have seen four games this season and enjoyed them all, thought Flanagan was a big miss at the back yesterday, he’s been fantastic so far this season 💪
