@GhostRade A stand mixer should not be what they're priced as, they are motors with a bowl attached to it. I will comtinue to mix by hand until somebody sells one for cheap.

@GhostRade If it takes you fifteen minutes to not even reach the ribbon stage you need to start doing arm and wrist exercises.
