On September 12, the Azerbaijani side opened fire from the positions located near Karmir Shuka and Taghavard communities of #Artsakh , using different types of firearms. The firing lasted about 30 minutes. 2 houses were hit in Karmir Shuka, 1 house in Taghavard.

The Lachin corridor is a way of humanitarian importance for the life support of Artsakh. About 400 tons of essential goods, including grain, flour, vegetables, fruits, etc., are imported to #Artsakh daily. Currently, food, medical, & energy supplies are completely stropped.

When the Azerbaijanis blocked the movement of the vehicle transporting civilians, the health condition of 4 women deteriorated, 3 of them fainted. All 4 were taken to Stepanakert Medical Center.

Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire at the village of Norshen of #Artsakh / #NagornoKarabakh yesterday. Like in Khramort last week, they intimidated civilians with a threat of the use of a force & called on them to leave their homes in Armenian. These threats must be stopped.

Azerbaijan has cut off the Internet cables entering Artsakh from Armenia. For 3 days now AZE has been blocking the restoration of the sole high-voltage electricity line coming from Armenia to Nagorno-Karabakh. AZE deliberately paralyzes NK's critical civilian infrastructure.
