Rucking Pro Tip: The 12 Mile Ruck March is the standard in Special Forces and the military as a whole. It's a great way to prepare for events, especially Heavy Challenges. It tests your mental fortitude and forces you to push past the pain. Aim to complete in less than 3.5 hours.
