@GKCdaily So much true. here in Brazil after the Worker's Party got into power they decided that everyone would be "educated", as in, get through the elementary and high school. So unless a kid had like a 80% absence rate the teachers were forced to pass them to the next grade.

@GKCdaily Frankly, the main reason for this is because most people are simply not interested in most academic fields. It just isn't relevant to a normal life. And those in school who are interested receive only a partial and malformed education.
