Today marks 100 days since we delivered the first Covid-19 vaccine and what a 100 days it's been. We have now delivered over 27,000 doses of the vaccine to our staff, local healthcare workers and the public π

10,000 vaccines administered!
Julie, a sister at Thames Hospice, was the 10,000th person to receive her vaccine at Wexham Park Hospital, given by the fantastic Isabel.

We are please to announce our brand new staff room project, Β£450,000 from the charitable donations made over Covid-19 is being used to refurbish 38 staff rooms, accommodating over 1,200 staff across Wexham and Frimley Park Hospitals.

Meet our meal companions - These colleagues have undertaken training to be able to support patients during meal times.
Not only is this a fantastic way to relieve pressures on frontline staff, the meal companions say it's lovely being able to form a connection with patients.
Children from Frimley Park Hospital's onsite nursery, Woodlands, joined some of our older patients today for afternoon tea & Xmas songs.
People living with dementia have been found to engage more positively when they interact with children.
