24 Feb (1992) Catholic Anne Marie Smyth was tricked by Loyalists into attending a party in east Belfast, where she was beaten and later her throat was hacked back to her spinal cord with a kitchen knife, and her body dumped on waste ground off the Ravenhill Road. RIP.

Lured to 241 Cregagh St , house owned by UVF boss Uel Cooke, by Michelle Thompson, now living in Belvoir estate ( Google her). Of 5 UVF men convicted, 3 are dead ( Stephen Manners, David Magee, Philip Murray ), 2 ( Cooke and Graham Bingham ) are I think still alive.

A key difference between Anne Marie’s murder and Margaret Wrights. Loyalists killed a couple of those involved in Margaret’s murder. Whereas Anne Marie’s killers were welcomed onto the UVF wing in the H Blocks.

However Frank. You missed the two 16 year old boys who were ‘mistaken’ for soldiers and murdered by the IRA. The fact you deliberately glossed over their murders because the IRA killed them for me is reprehensible. In fact it negates any point you try to make. Pathetic.

Murdered by scumbags and a total disgrace. The protestant community don't condone this sort of thing and never have...there was massive outrage, same with the murder of Margaret Wright around the same time.
