It’s the law to wear a face covering on a bus. Drivers are issuing notices to customers without one, unless exempt, as a reminder that they may be liable to be fined. It can be a mask, scarf, bandana or any other material. We look forward to welcoming you back on board!

As we welcome more colleagues to the business, we have been able to reintroduce all journeys in South Essex (except route X10 between Basildon to Chelmsford) and have been able to limit the number of daily cancellations to a few routes in Chelmsford.
