The biggest project I've worked on in Valorant is here!
I'd love to hear your feedback and whatever constructive criticism you have! Keep in mind that since this incorporates far more data than is available on the "end-of-map statpage", it won't necessarily follow other stats.
VLR has a new rating system and here are the top 🇧🇷Brazilian🇧🇷 players all time! (since Stage 2 2021, rating isn't calculated further back) (Minimum 1000 rounds against >1550 team rating)
Top 5:🇧🇷
1) Sacy: 1.19
2) aspas: 1.16
3) heat: 1.12
4) mwzera: 1.11
5) RgLM: 1.11
OpTic vs. LOUD map win predictions
Ascent: LOUD 60%
Bind: 50%
Breeze: LOUD 65%
Fracture: OpTic 60%
Haven: OpTic 55%
Icebox: LOUD 60%
Pearl: OpTic 65%
This is going to be a great series.
LOUD have never had to face an elite EMEA team. They didn't face a single one during their Champions run, and TL, G2, and KCorp were not elite. TL shouldn't have been at Reykjavik, and G2 got gifted a playoff spot.
NAVI or FNATIC are potentially the greatest challenge LOUD have
And so it ends. I am 24-5 on the tournament with one match left.
LOUD > OpTic
Predictions don't fail me now. It is time for the first true minor region kings to take their crown.
#LOUDWIN
On 5/8 maps (Bind, Split, Pearl, Ascent,Breeze), LOUD have a 41-6 record, with all 6 of those losses coming against OpTic.
On the other 3 maps (Fracture, Icebox, Haven), LOUD have a 27-8 record with 3 losses to OpTic.
LOUD haven't lost a map in Brazil since FEBRUARY.
Absurd
Updated tierlist for VCT 2024. If LEV move nzr, they would drop to A in my opinion.
Under these rankings, my predicted Madrid qualified teams would be FNC, NAVI, PRX, BLD, LEV, NRG, EDG, BLG.
Plenty of teams have a great chance to make that list.
The greatest Valorant team of all time.
No team has ever been as dominant against as good of competition. Four consensus top 20 players in the world without being reliant on star duelists combined with one of the greastest IGL/structure setups in the world.
LOUD vs Optic map predictions.
LOUD ban Pearl
OpTic ban Breeze
LOUD pick Icebox
OpTic pick Bind
LOUD ban Haven
OpTic ban Ascent
Fracture decider
I could see Icebox and Ascent being swapped, and any combination of 2 of Bind, Fracture, and Haven being played.
LOUD having an elite Haven is incredible against the rest of the field. They can now just permaban Pearl, and if they think that 3-13 vs Optic was just a fluke, they can target ban other maps too. There is no map that LOUD aren't scary on right now.
#VALORANTChampions
My map predictions for LOUD vs Leviatan
LOUD ban Haven
LEV ban Breeze
LOUD pick Icebox
LEV pick Pearl
LOUD ban Bind
LEV ban Fracture
Ascent remains
LOUD banning Haven is the only thing I am sure of.
sScary is the best player in the APAC region outside of franchising. He has a legitimate argument for being the best in the Pacific region as a whole.
There isn't a team in the Pacific League that would not be immediately improved with his addition (language barrier
If GE had stuck to a 5 man roster from the beginning, they would not be 1-4 right now (I know they couldn't really since skrossi and lightningfast had visa issues, but they need to start now).
Rosters with more than 5 players do not work, and have never worked in an FPS game.
My map predictions for
@LOUDgg
vs
@DRXGlobal
:
#VALORANTChampions
LOUD ban Haven
DRX ban Ascent
LOUD pick Icebox
DRX pick Fracture
LOUD ban Pearl
DRX ban Bind
Breeze decider
I could easily see Pearl/Bind bans being swapped, or either team banning Pearl first.
Here is my tierlist of BR players heading into franchising!
I made this quickly, so I might have missed people. Also, I haven't watched the tier 2 scene a whole lot, so young players might be missed. Some players appear on multiple lists based on what role they play.
The top three teams of 2022:
OpTic
LOUD
FPX
All three are in the top 4 of Champions. This is the epic clash of clear top contenders that didn't really happen last year. This is the penultimate event of
#VCT
so far.
(honorable mentions PRX, FNC, DRX)
LOUD did it. They went to Haven. Leviatan get their two best maps by far. If LOUD want to win, it is going to have to be a STATEMENT.
#VALORANTChampions
Its a shame there weren't enough slots for Legacy and LOUD to compete at the Game Changers Championships. With many top EMEA and NA teams in turmoil, this was BR's year.
Its all on Liquid now. The final boss awaits. Shopify were favorites from the beginning.
Aspas up to 51 kills in 2 maps. Two straight elite performances. He was inconsistent for LOUD before this match, but here he is DELIVERING!
#VCTLOCKIN
🌪️Gira 🌪️ASPAS! 🌪️
Here are my predictions about who beats who in Champions head to head matchups. Green means the team on the left beats the team on the top.
(i.e. LOUD beat everyone except TL and PRX)
How wrong am I? Which picks are terrible and which are accurate?
STATEMENT win by
@LOUDgg
on Haven. That allows them to ban Pearl more often. Deep map pools have defined tourney winners, and LOUD are starting to pick up wins everywhere.
#VALORANTChampions
The 30 team tournament next year is what fans have DESERVED. I don't care if it isn't considered a Masters or Champions event. It will be the most prestigious event in Valorant history for years.
Soft Roster lock today! (Teams can still change players until February, but they must have a roster submitted to Riot today).
Based on the reports/leaks here are my American rankings.
1) C9
2) SEN
3) LOUD
4) 100T
5) LEV
6) NRG
7) MiBR
8) FUR
9) EG
10) KRU
Madrid is poised to be a high variance tournament with a ton of young aimers, but LOUD may be one of the only truly consistent team in attendance. We shall see.
LOUD ban Split, OPTC ban Breeze
LOUD pick Ascent, OPTC pick Haven
LOUD ban Fracture, OPTC ban Icebox
Bind decider.
Ascent and Bind are both teams' best maps. Split and Breeze are obvious bans, but I could see any of the other 5 being played.
Umm... I hope this doesn't happen. If Less is actually on the market, and this isn't a health thing, FURIA have a legitimate opportunity to build a superteam here.

DEVE SER MOVIDO PARA O BANCO DA
@LOUDgg
Um dos maiores jogadores brasileiros de todos os tempos pode estar com seus dias na organização contados.
O mais provável é que o jogador acabe sendo movido para o banco de reservas da equipe.
No momento,

LOUD simply outclassed FURIA. Not only were they hitting all the shots, they were constantly making coordinated aggressive pushes that caught FUR off guard. What a performance.
120 kills in 4 maps with a +49 kill differential was NUTS.
136 kills in 5 maps with a +62 kill differential in a LOSS?!?!?!?
Please get this man on a good team. He's been a hard carry in Japan for way too long.
It would be an absolute shame if the
#VCTGameChangers
LAN was not between these 7 teams (I have no idea who deserves the East Asia Slot):
🇪🇺G2 Gozen
🇪🇺Guild X
🇺🇸Cloud9 White
🇺🇸Shopify Rebellion
🇧🇷Team Liquid Brazil
🇨🇱KRU Fem
🇮🇩Alter Ego Celeste
Map predictions for LOUD vs. OpTic
LOUD ban Pearl
LOUD ban Fracture
LOUD pick Ascent
OpTic pick Bind
LOUD pick Icebox
OpTic pick Breeze
Haven decider
The only real question is whether LOUD ban Bind or Fracture. I could see it going either way.
Make a Brazilian team without the VCT players.
Faça um time brasileiro sem os jogadores do VCT.
Duelist: RMN
Sentinel: txddy
Initiator: silentzz
Controller: fzkk
Flex: bld
@Noynvlr
what is your team?
The mostly empty stadium for
#VCTLOCKIN
is a little disappointing. The joy of CSGO LANs is the raucous crowd and caster reverb. Hopefully there is more turnout later on for more teams than just the Brazilians.
Another day, another slate of flawless picks. I am now 23-5 and 11-1 in the playoffs.
Lower finals:
OpTic > DRX
I predicted an all green grand finals in the VLR writers rountable, and I am sticking to that even though my belief in DRX remains strong.
Finally, VK get their revenge on NIP. They've been so close for so long. Come on script, don't fail me now. VK vs. KRU to decide who goes to Champions would be PERFECT.
Also, just imagine if cauanzin was on VK...
@Nozwer
is one of the most underrated players in the game.
Sorting by K/D (playoffs/group stage):
First Strike LATAM-S: 1st out of 40
BR Masters 1: 2/40
BR Masters 2: 4/40
BR Masters 3: 9/40
SA LCQ 2021: 4/40
Champs 2021: 19/80 (4th highest SA player despite team struggles)
...
We've got a couple of dark days, but for the final four of
#VALORANTCHAMPIONS
, here are my predictions.
I am now 21-5 on the tournament (9-1 in the playoffs)
DRX > FPX
LOUD > OpTic
The FPX rematch buff is real, but believing in DRX has paid off for me so far.
Map predictions for LOUD vs OpTic
LOUD ban Haven
OpTic ban Icebox
LOUD pick Breeze
OpTic pick Fracture
LOUD ban Bind
OpTic ban Ascent
Pearl decider
OpTic could ban Icebox, Breeze or Ascent first
LOUD should ban Haven (maybe Fracture)
Just a reminder, I promised
@Noynvlr
that I would do a bicep reveal if LOUD won Reykjavik. I know everyone is dying to see the massive guns of someone who definitely doesn't sit at a desk for 12 hours per day. 😆
I am super happy to see Sacy and pANcada in Sentinels even though I am gutted that LOUD won't be sticking together. There are still some really good Brazilian players available to make a good BR team. Hopefully a superteam actually gets made.
I am getting very worried about MiBR now. Based on the rumors, they have talked with Onur, nzr, kiNgg, cauanzin, and RgLM and failed to sign any of them.
Are they just offering tiny contracts or what?
frz is a good piece to build around, but they need more
I've said before, Vitality will go as far as Twisten and Molsi can carry them. The rest of the roster is good but is pretty mediocre in terms of firepower.
GE are a mess. Without the 6-0 pistol diff, they would have been crushed. The roles and cohesion do not look clean.
I didn't realize
@loud_bzka
was also a
@PaladinsGame
player! It was before my time, but I have watched one of those world championship 2017 games on YT. You are making us Paladins players proud in Valorant!
LOUD have still only ever lost Ascent, Bind, and Breeze ONCE each (all against OpTic in the grand finals of Reykjavik).
Not counting those losses, opponents have only reached double digit rounds against them 3/16 times on Ascent, 1/8 times on Breeze, and 0/7 times on Bind.
Great try from Autumn, but LOUD are so much deeper than FPX. LOUD wont be winning Madrid unless qck finds his footing, but nobody wants to face them right now.
Time to predict the map veto for LOUD vs. ZETA.
Round 1 bans:
ZETA ban Ascent
LOUD ban Haven
R1 picks:
ZETA pick Fracture
LOUD pick Bind
R2 bans:
ZETA ban Breeze
LOUD ban Pearl
Icebox decider
Map Order: Fracture, Bind, Icebox
This MiBR team has the potential to be the best BR team. I think it will definitely be better than every team that BR sent to international events the last couple years besides LOUD. If they can grow their tactics/teamplay by playing in NA, they could be great.
If LOUD keep saadhak, aspas, and less, who would be the best BR players to replace Sacy and pANcada?
Sacy:
1) krain
2) cauanzin
3) shion
4) mwzera
5) bezn1
pANcada:
1) RgLM
2) KILLDREAM
3) fzkk
4) v1xen
5) sutecas
Any BR players that follow me, make sure you know this rule too.
If a franchised team offers you a contract, they must give you 48 hours to consider it. They cannot pressure you to sign a bad contract by telling you that you have to sign immediately or lose the opportunity.
Time to hope LOUD don't draw FNATIC first round. Both PRX and EG are winnable if difficult games.
The overall level of the teams at Champions is so much higher than Tokyo. Its a shame we won't see NAVI in playoffs.
@Vanityxz
There may or may not be a rating update in the works that would change these numbers... 👀
The current unfinished version does have Click above qpert.
Which franchised team is the best?
VLR rating for franchised teams. (sorted by >1550 minimum opponent rating).
Rating between regions can be a bit wonky and teams that didn't face a bunch of weak opponents (like NRG) get a bit screwed, but it is a fun statistical overview.
I see what people were complaining about now. This is not ideal.
Liquid, LOUD (jelly e amigos), MIBR, and 00Nation (broken hearts) all on the same side of the bracket with MIBR and 00N first round? Yikes
Why did dgzin just jump down like that????? mazin spotted him. The nerves and missed communication is getting to FURIA right now. HUGE overheat to lose the round. KRU have been in these situations before, they are composed and will punish mistakes like that.
