Horn politics is s'times like a bad school footy game. Players (ex politicians) are egocentric + want wins at ALL costs. No respect 4 Ref (president) so he dishes out lots of red flags for semblance of control. Crowd (local/intl community) leaves game or joins chaos on the field.
