Random: In pre-colonial times, Parklane Hospital, Enugu was seen as a "white man's hospital". So in August 1952 when the first black baby was born there, it made the papers. That baby is Akere Muna, one of those challenging Paul Biya in the Oct 7 Cameroonian presidential polls.

It was the Nigerian police that killed the Apo Six in 2005. Five Igbo traders & the girlfriend of one of them were murdered because the lady turned down the advances of a cop. They were branded armed robbers, just like #SARS does. One of those policemen is still on the run.
