New FOX News Poll shows that a huge majority of people view "families with transgender children being targets of political attacks" as a major problem. Only 15% of people say it's not a problem. And this is a FOX NEWS poll! Y'all, anti-trans politics are NOT popular.

Also, note only 3% of people say "don't know." EVERYONE sees the attacks on trans people, and people do NOT like it.

There is a reason the GOP chair blamed their loss of all 3 branches of government to their focus on anti-trans politics.

@ErinInTheMorn @AnarchoCorvidae The problem here is, a lot of the Republicans who say they "don't care" about trans issues actually mean "I don't care about trans people, therefore nothing the GOP does to harm them will matter to me in deciding whether or not to vote Republican"

@ErinInTheMorn see my worry is that someone is gonna run on the platform of "we're gonna fix the economy and lower inflation" and also mention eliminating trans people, and since those first two are the major issue for people then the trans eradication isnt a deal breaker for them, and they win

@ErinInTheMorn Erin, trans people are a very tiny minority of the population anywhere. The Republican attacks are a distraction from a bigger attack on human rights in general. Trans people are the proverbial canaries in the coal mine.
