Proud to be moving on to the June general election. I have A LOT of people to thank and a lot more doors to knock.
But first I have to go to TIO Committee in the morning!

TBH, the next council should make a rule that if any candidate receives over 50% of the vote, they are declared the winner and are not required to run in the general election.
@elBryan
Definitely agree but that requires a charter revision and thus a vote of the public. The way we do elections should absolutely be on the table for upcoming charter review commission. Instantaneous runoff should be considered.

Congratulations. ππΎππΎFor June, fixing the STR issue and focus on infrastructure might raise the turnout for 4th district. Also, pay careful attention to the coming property tax assessments. Voters are angry about the burden in light of developer tax abatements in same areas.
