It turns out #Azerbaijan agreed to release 17 Armenian POWs by Sept 30, after a trilateral agreement in DC, but has not returned any POWs (which were captured within Armenian territory). Instead Armenians were made to watch videos of POWs being gunned down. #Armenia #Aliyev
