My dad passed away this week after a long and horrible struggle with cancer. I’m going to miss him so much but it’s good that he’s longer suffering. He first took me to Elm Park in 1985 and shared my passion for RFC, but was also a very proud Mackem. Definitely my hero 💙❤️

Paul Clement has coached at PSG, Chelsea, Real Madrid & Bayern Munich. Managed in the PL (kept up a struggling Swansea ) and Championship (sacked when 5 points off the top ) and he’s a failure. Blimey, I had no idea a club 20th in the Championship had such high standards.

26 years ago today my life completely changed when I had a heart & lung transplant. It’s a weird day as it’s great it’s gone so well but I’m also quite reflective about my friends with Cystic Fibrosis who didn’t get this chance. Always embrace life as it can change quickly💙
