To summarize the current DA landscape, it can be divided into two sections: on-chain and off-chain. Pure Rollup refers to an on-chain solution that simply places DA on Ethereum L1. This necessitates a constant cost of 16 gas per byte, which accounts for 80%-95% of Rollup’s cost.
