My worry is 2 fold: 1) if this is what is being admitted publicly, what is happening behind closed doors 2) why are these serious concerns not being listened to? Mid Staff, Letby, Bristol Heart etc etc... we have learnt nothing

A real concern, instead of equipping professionals to deal with complicated problems and situations, this move is diluting standards.What is happening is lowering the bar& when things go wrong the come up with excuses which will be presented as reports.
