@Jcalcolado @DrSteveTaylor Unfortunately many of our generation have not come to the same realisation. I could not do a junior doctors job now. They are skilled well beyond my abilities back then. I was on Acute Medical Unit for 21 hours over the weekend. My observation is that the trainees/“juniors” worked incredibly hard and the acuity and complexity of the patients are a world away from when I was a houseman in the 1980s
