Jake Hescock and his UCF Knights are AAC football champions. Hescock, from Pittsfield, had one catch for four yards and a touchdown in UCF's 56-41 win over Memphis.

After dealing with a health scare that led to open-heart surgery, Lisa Wellspeak will be back cheering on her son, Greylock QB Michael Wellspeak when the Mounties face off against Hoosac Friday.
