This was my speech during the House Press conference prior to the Penn, Harvard, and MIT presidents testifying.
I hoped it would warn of what was to come. Clearly the warning was not listened to. Our students deserve better, we deserve to learn in an academic environment.
Want to see how “peaceful” protests are
@penn
? Watch as the campers harass a student simply walking on his own campus.
Threats and flashing strobe lights were not included in the Penn Welcome Pamphlet.
The bravery of this student should be applauded.
For anyone who says it’s safe… this is Penn’s campus over the past 4 days. There are countless other examples from Penn.
This is also only one school, other universities have plenty more footage. 🧵
The tents are identical at every single school. Either, they all coincidentally ordered the same tent OR a single source is paying for all of this to happen.
I am a student
@penn
. I will be exposing the moral corruption of our professors.

This is a screenshot from October. It is the logo of the Al-Qassam Brigade (Hamas). Robert Vitalis is a

professor in the PSCI department. This was posted not two weeks after Oct. 7th…
He also has spoken at our campus rallies. The problem is not only our students, the

next up we have professor Eve Trout Powell of UPenn's College of Arts & Sciences. These were her tweets on Oct. 7th and following the slaughter.
At UPENN now. An individual makes the upside down triangle at Jewish students. If you don’t know, this has become Hamas’s logo for targets.
@penn
is this still a peaceful protest that is not harassing or intimidating anyone?
To every American, as a college student, I am telling you that we are not safe. Not just Jews, but every student on campus. These encampments are increasingly getting more violent and displaying more imagery and support of terrorist organizations.
I say none of this lightly.
I will be posting daily tweets/videos/comments from
@UofPenn
professors from Oct. 7th onward. I hoped to keep it private, hoping that the university would find its moral compass and handle these professors internally.
Sadly this is not the case and I will be including the
In light of
@penn
releasing their first statement in 11 days, I would like to provide a thread as to the level of danger students are subjected to.
Considering what is below, you'd think
@penn
would do something.
Here are just but a few of the documented cases 🧵
This is a UPenn professor, specifically the former head of the PSCI department.
"Playing the victim is what Jews are best at."
This type of language is appalling. The school has been notified about this for a while, yet, her course is still required for any PSCI majors...
The posts depicting Shabbat at the encampments are great. Until you zoom in and see Challah. This would be common, except for the fact that any Jew would know that you don't Challah during Passover...
(only unleavened bread)
Welcome to UPENN, an American university. It has started.
“UPENN SEIZED” are not my words added. They are the words of the organisers of this unauthorised rally.
Hey Professor Norton, I am a student at your university. I worked hard to get in and even harder to afford it. If you want to protest Israel, you should have gone into politics. You went into academia.
So please focus your efforts on what students are paying for, an education.
See how
@penn
reacts when another group is targeted. This was an email sent out to all faculty part of Wharton after six pride stickers were missing from the door of someone's office.
The stickers shouldn't have been removed, but the difference in response is incredible.
WATCH: Eyal Yakoby, an undergraduate student at University of Pennsylvania, talks about the harassment that Jewish students face on college campuses ⬇️
Ever wonder what the “Judaica” section at the official UPenn bookstore looks like? Take a look… Notice anything funny about it? Maybe the fact that not a single book is about anything related to Judaism. What is happening at the Ivy League is nothing shy of a dystopian society.
This is Penn Sidechat, only UPenn students can access this platform.
“Burn you filthy zio” was posted by a Penn student and liked by 11 others… you will not here about this because it is an average day for Jews on Penn’s campus.
Absolutely unbelievable. Screenshotting and posting the very words that you say online is not a campaign against you. If you are proud of your words then there is no issue. Just yesterday, you stated your support for a terrorist.
Your words are untrue and defamation.
This has to be satire.
Shouldn’t you blame the students who said they won’t stop in the face of arrest or any disciplinary action?
If you didn’t want this to happen, rather than encouraging them, you would’ve told them to leave peacefully.
If any kid is hurt tonight, responsibility will fall on the mayor and univ presidents.
Other leaders and schools have found a safe, de-escalatory path. This is the opposite of leadership and endangers public safety. A nightmare in the making.
I urge the Mayor to reverse course.
Right now
@penn
three individuals deface the Ben Franklin statue while putting up the Hamas upside triangle. This triangle is Hamas’s symbol for who they murder.
They also put up “avenge Hind” in reference to Columbia. How is
@penn
allowing this?
I am a
@penn
student and a professor, Anne Norton, has just “declared her longstanding respect” for someone who the United States deported for providing material funds to a terrorist organization.
@penn
protect your students!
Right now
@penn
. The encampment chants “Al-Qassam make us proud, take another soldier down.”
Here is the Penn president’s email address: president

More from UPENN Professor and former head of the PSCI department at Penn. While her Jewish students woke up in tears on Oct. 7th, this is what she decided to tweet. The moral depravity and pure evil from our academics is terrifying. How can this be who is educating our students?
Hey
@penn
I saved you some time on who among your faculty encourages the behavior that we witnessed for the past two weeks on campus and now entered the President's residence...
Our students will continue to be radicalized until the faculty are held accountable. 🧵
If you are alumni, parent, student, or just concerned American. It does not matter if you are Jewish or not. USC just canceled their graduation for ALL students because of the violent encampments. This is an American problem through and through not just a Jewish one.
No such condemnation has been issued once this whole year. No condemnation about the thousands of hostage fliers that were ripped down. No condemnation of the American flags ripped down. No condemnation of the symbols of terrorist organizations.
Because
@penn
refuses to hold their professors accountable when they consistently espouse vile anti-Semitism. I will allow the court of public opinion to hold Prof. Anne Norton accountable.
To any future student
@penn
, unless you are anti-Semitic, avoid her class. 🧵
I will not stop exposing the moral depravity of
@penn
professor Anne Norton until the university comments on how they are protecting students from her.
The amount of people criticizing the police for entering is shocking.
Columbia offered the students on 4 separate occasions to disperse and told them what the consequences would be.
The students declared they didn’t care about getting arrested. And this is now where we are.
It’s been 48 hours since
@penn
was made aware of this. This is what Penn hasn’t done:
1. Issued a condemnation
2. Announced addition security measures
3. Disbanded the encampment
Want to see how “peaceful” protests are
@penn
? Watch as the campers harass a student simply walking on his own campus.
Threats and flashing strobe lights were not included in the Penn Welcome Pamphlet.
The bravery of this student should be applauded.
For people thinking whether anti-Zionism and anti-Semitism have any relationship, I urge you to look at the photo below.
These people showed up to a hearing about anti-Semitism on college campuses and chose to recreate a symbol of Jewish lynching.
The petition has officially been sent to the
@penn
administration. In exactly 24 hours, 2,573 members of the UPenn community made 3 demands of the university.
Thank you to those who signed and spread the letter. We are still awaiting a response to the last letter from May 2nd.
It has now been nearly a week since
@Penn
told its students that the encampment will be dispersed. Yet, today, almost a week later, the PFLP flag is waved in the center. This is a US-designated terrorist organization.
I've lightly commented on Biden's policies, but how is no one discussing how the media's referenced report accusing Israel of violating international law was a complete kangaroo court. 🧵
This report was decided before it was even investigated.
Right now at the
@penn
encampment. The protestors chant “we don’t need no Zionist pigs.”
@penn
are you watching this? You are making a mockery of this school.
While students study for finals, not only did the
@penn
encampment double in size tonight but because of the violence, Penn’s library has been shut down.
Penn continues to neglect its students.
We filed a lawsuit against
@penn
back in the fall of 2023. Since then, the school has only continued to prove their inability to uphold Title VI.
If the school won’t uphold the law, the courts will.
On Friday, I filed my declaration to the court. Including it in the 🧵below
Right now
@penn
. The encampment waves the PFLP flag in the middle of the protest. This is a US-designated terrorist organization.
How can students feel safe when protestors are waving terrorist flags?
Penn admin have released a statement:
“We will not permit protest and speech when it devolves into words and actions that violate Penn’s policies, disrupt University business, or contribute to an intimidating, hostile, or violent environment on our campus,"
Is this peaceful?
All I have done is expose the anti-Semitism on this campus and call for students to return to the classroom safely…
I am against anti-Semitism
Pro-education
Pro-American
To be clear
@penn
President told the Jewish advisory committee he was too busy to meet with them. Yet, he had time to meet with organizers of the encampment who he ordered to clear out more than 24 hours ago. This is insanity.
@k_thos
supply/demand works that if more people are purchasing the tent, the price goes up because there is a higher demand... I think you messed up your logic on this one.
#classicupennstudent
We have just hand-delivered a petition calling to the President's Office of
@penn
. This petition calls for the university to stick by its words and disband the hate camp on campus.
Over 3,200 students, alumni, parents, and faculty signed this petition in less than 48 hours.
After a little digging, there is too much antisemitism espoused from Prof.
@penn
Anne Norton for one thread. Instead, I will break it down by category.
Here is her desecrating the Holocaust. 🧵
@penn
care to comment?
Remember this
@uofpenn
student? This is who she hangs out with… this can and is already turning violent. This student is still on campus and in class. To the university administrators, please protect us.
“Pick up a weapon” he said…
I included all the receipts below.
Next at UPENN, we have lecturer Dwayne Booth. I don’t think he could cross off more libels at Israel in just three cartoons.
Depicting Jews drinking blood is despicable—are we supposed to assume he will grade his students papers fairly?
It's sad to think that when the dust settles it will be the student protestors with criminal records for breaking the law. Not the professors who have been encouraging them to do this.
We need accountability across the board.
I am a UPenn Jewish student. Does this seem appropriate on an American campus?
They have a designated "rage zone" where you can stomp on the Israeli flag.
Has anyone asked: Why aren't these encampments happening in public parks? Why at universities? It is because university leadership has shown itself as weak in the face of aggression. They are capitalizing on the lack of courage of our university administrations.
To the people commenting "don't let this dissuade you." I want to say in no uncertain terms, nothing will dissuade me from exposing the moral rot
@penn
In the words of Winston Churchill, ""You have enemies? Good. That means you’ve stood up for something, sometime in your life."
Absolutely unbelievable. Screenshotting and posting the very words that you say online is not a campaign against you. If you are proud of your words then there is no issue. Just yesterday, you stated your support for a terrorist.
Your words are untrue and defamation.
For every American flag taken down, we'll raise two more.
@penn
students are joining Flags Everywhere movement.
@penn
tried to stop us (watch the video for proof), claiming we're "not allowed to stick things in the ground," yet the nearby tents remain.
This is beyond damning. Another one of the researchers, Saja Hussein, was the treasurer of the Students For Justice in Palestine Chapter at UF.
This report is extremely concerning for the Biden Administration.
I've lightly commented on Biden's policies, but how is no one discussing how the media's referenced report accusing Israel of violating international law was a complete kangaroo court. 🧵
This report was decided before it was even investigated.
Welcome to UPENN, an American university. It has started.
“UPENN SEIZED” are not my words added. They are the words of the organisers of this unauthorised rally.
The violence has picked up at Penn. The encampment has now become physical with police.
@Penn
you caused this by your indifference. It is now on you to fix it and protect your students.
There could not have been more gaslighting by
@mehdirhasan
in this interview. If Mehdi wants to discuss with a Jewish student on campus, and tell me to my face that the videos from Penn are not violent I’ll go on to debate him at anytime and in any format he wants.
@piersmorgan

Only sign it if you are affiliated with Penn. Already at 2,000 signatures in less than 12 hours.

So while
@penn
students are too scared to walk to their finals. The encampment decided to have classes for lower schoolers. Notice the Hamas red triangle on the jug.
This is grooming.
I posted condemning UPenn's AAUP chapter for their statement supporting the demonstrations while failing to mention what Jewish students are facing.
This was their response to my post.
So much for free speech and dialogue...
I just can't believe rather than releasing a statement in support of the students
@Columbia
whose semester has now been moved online, you instead support the people who are creating a hostile environment.
I included a video of who you are standing in solidarity with. Comment
@fogunited7
@EYakoby
@k_thos
You obviously know nothing about the students at Columbia or other top tier schools. I have taught there for 7 years. The students aren't all "well off". In fact many are there on scholarships and cime from low socioeconomic backgrounds. But it doesn't fit your narrative so....
The ongoing chaos
@penn
is preventable if there was anyone in the administration who could begin by prioritizing the safety of their students over appeasing those who have openly chanted in support of terror organizations. 🧵
People are saying "Tents are mostly the same because there are only a few options."
This image is from a music festival. Notice how they are all different?
The tents are identical at every single school. Either, they all coincidentally ordered the same tent OR a single source is paying for all of this to happen.
