Yes, the recent news is true. Nusky was unbanned from GameBanana but there are still rules surrounding her. GameBanana cannot enforce it but we do not approve of anyone who uses the old chromatic that kit voiced for nusky in new mods.

Time to clear up a common misconception. Alex said that Sky was public domain a while back. In reality it was him not really understanding what the term meant. Sky is not public domain, me and Alex own her. She however is free to be used in mods. Hope this clarifies things.
