@DrSteveTaylor @NHSEngland @Jeremy_Hunt I wonder how much this costs commissioners to deal with... i remember someone saying in the CCG I worked at a few years back to budget £500k per practice, to go through public consultation on what next, then reprocure an alternative if needed.
