You can tell Sam Raimi cared more about the tragic villains from Spider-Man’s Silver Age because of moments like this. Say what you will about SPIDER-MAN 3, but this rocks. No dialogue, just a beautiful moment with a touching score from Christopher Young.

What I love about Christopher Nolan writing “We are fucking” in his 150 page screenplay about quantum mechanics and the creation of the atomic bomb is how it defies pretty much everything I’ve ever learned in a screenwriting course.

It's hard to articulate how incredible of an experience it was watching X2 for the first time. Hearing Logan say "You picked the wrong house, bub" while subsequently going full berserker rage, as an X-Men fan it sent chills down my spine. X2 still has the sauce 22 years later.

OPPENHEIMER has crossed $850 million worldwide. It has now surpassed INCEPTION to become Christopher Nolan's third biggest film ever. It will also surpass GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY: VOL. 3 to become the No. 3 film of 2023 globally.

I'm biased, but I really think Christopher Nolan deserves Best Director (if we're talking about KILLERS v. OPPENHEIMER). Martin Scorsese is a living legend, KILLERS was exceptionally helmed, but OPPENHEIMER is just an enormously impressive technical achievement. It's his time.

I need DUNE: PART TWO injected into my body immediately. So ready for that 1:43.1 IMAX experience.
