Dose of HCQ is 5 mg/kg body weight / day in rheumatology (max 400 mg/day) for 4 decades with no cardiac toxicity. On what basis, covidologists crossed this limit? Using a drug in irrationally high dose & then blaming it for adverse effects is unforgivable blunder.

Centralising everything is the most inefficient way, not just undemocratic. In a populous nation like India, centralising all functioning by regulatory bodies is a myopic approach. There can be uniform, central & common guidelines, but implementation must be decentralised.
