It remains utterly wild and insane that we let members of Congress own and trade stocks. Even if she did nothing wrong, just the appearance of impropriety and the damage it does makes it worth banning.

I agree individual stock ownership should be banned, but this cnn tweet is just wrong. She sold first republic bank after it dropped 70+ percent, it lost way more value before she sold than after
