BREAKING: Emporia State's Welch Stadium will host the USATF Region 9 Junior Olympic Outdoor Track and Field Championship meet July 4-7. The meet is set to bring 900-1,100 youth between the ages of eight and 18 from four states. The meet was set to be in Oklahoma but moved to ESU.
