@CyberSnark I always interpreted that as "we're not paying anything well above and beyond what similar companies are paying.".

@CyberSnark A former employer (D) would give us access to discounts from those coupon books like the Scouts sell as a fund raiser with coupons to amusement parks, restaurants…. then add up all of the discounts and add that to our “total compensation” to compare our pay to others companies.
