Tonight the Commanders played with no intensity or fire. We didn’t compete in the first half and got down 27-3 heading into halftime. It was too big of a hole to climb out of and that is why we ended up losing 40-20.

@DJJudd Sometimes you almost have to admire at how evil McConnell is because he just says the absolute most batshit thing possible knowing exactly what he's doing. Almost. But then you remember he's killing people and you just want him gone. Reality sets in pretty quick.

Great postgame moment in the locker room between Kevin O’Connell and Morgan Moses. Mo grabbed KOC on the way out and told him he had been wanting to talk to him. He told me later he wanted to tell Kevin how much he appreciated the work he’s put in and how consistent he is.

Williams says that they were able to find and remove the cancer just weeks before it made its way to his skull. He was told to "get his affairs in order" by a doctor. He was told it was very possible that he was going to die.
