With the extra trimmings of our pork share, I roasted / smoked the bones on the Traeger an hour. Into the pot with onion, celery, carrot, garlic, bay leaves, rosemary, thyme, salt and peppercorns. All day low and slow. Sat overnight, strained. Skimmed fat and processed! Stock! 👊
