The saddest part of Seattle's defensive ineptitude? I think you'd hear legitimate Geno Smith for MVP noise if they were 3-2 or 4-1 right now.

MVP QBs go the first 3 games of the season scoring 3 second half points? MVP QBs take a 12 yard sack on 3rd and two when you have time to throw it away and know you lose the game if you punt?

Good news about the D is the big questions at CB seem in good shape-bad thing is the parts we thought were solid (LB, Safties, Ends) have been horrible and need talent injections or players to stop making business decisions as they dive and miss at ankles

1-9 on 3rd down isn’t on the defense. Makes it very difficult on the defense when they’re on the field all game. Especially playing so many young guys and dealing with injuries. 54 yards 3rd qtr 4+ drives. 2 huge chunk plays: one a great throw and a big run in 4th.

It's not like he hasn't played a significant role in them only being 2-3. And if Denver's dumpster fire was just a tiny bit smaller, Seattle would be 1-4.
Geno disappears too often in 2nd halves.

I’ve been impressed with Geno for the most part. Still has not impressed with most 4th quarters of the season so far. Taken 2 killer sacks to cost games (today and Atl). Just being honest; I’m definitely not that well-versed

I think the saddest part is that it's been a bad Defense for several years.
We have a Defensive minded HC & after 5 games were showing 0 improvement.
Expensive, experienced players and high draft picks at every level on this Defense.
There’s simply no excuse to be this bad.

It sucks that we’re seeing the same awful defense for 2-3 seasons now, idk wtf it is. Coaching ?!? Maybe Hurt isn’t the answer, we need a legit certified DC. Some players don’t deserve to be starting either. We should really be 4-1.

I couldn’t care less for individual achievements - winning requires a team performance, and if that‘s clicking then we can start also highlighting single players. But right now they should worry about righting the ship first.
