While on patrol in Harvey, Sheriff’s Police conducted a traffic stop on a driver where the smell of burnt cannabis was emitting from the car. Recovered from the car was a loaded firearm, which had been stolen. The driver had a revoked FOID and felony charges were approved.

What fun our staff had at the Special Olympics Torch Run Plane Pull late last month! This fundraiser for @SO_Illinois had 3 teams from our office participate, raising more than $3k for such a great cause. All 3 teams pulled a United Airlines plane weighing more than 25 tons. 💪
