AC Milan have one of the most interesting projects in Europe atm. Rich owners coming soon, huge fan base with a big Football Heritage. Add to that top young players like Leão, Théo, Tonali, Tomori, Kalulu and maybe Renato Sanches. They'll deffo come back to the Elite level.
